Mango – Mangosteen
Mangoes are an exotic tropical fruit. Rich in pre-biotic dietary fibre, they strengthen the heart and provide energy and stamina. Mango has been found to protect against prostate, colon and breast cancers. It is an excellent source of beta carotene, alpha carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin. It contains vitamin A, C and E, potassium and magnesium.
Mangoes go well with bananas coconut, ginger, lemon and lime They go well with onions, orange and pineapple and great with spices.
Avocado Nutrition for Mango Avocado Pudding
Avocado is a sweet fruit rich in vitamin E, Beta carotene, B complex, folic acid, magnesium, iron, potassium and fiber. It contains monounsaturated fat, which helps maintain levels of good cholesterol in the body. Avocado is very nourishing for the skin, especially for dry skin, as it contains vitamin A, E and D. When applied topically, it facilitates collagen production, and reduces inflammation.
Avocado goes well with mango, lemon, lime, onions, garlic, grapefruit, tomatoes, lettuce, kiwi, spinach, cucumber, coconut and strawberries. It goes very well with hazelnuts, mint, coriander, nutmeg and chili peppers. And of course cacao and coffee.

Creamy Mango Avocado Pudding
♥ 1 mango, peeled, pitted
♥ 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
1. Mix avocado and mango in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve creamy mango pudding in a glass bowl and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
