Cleansing is very important to improve body metabolism, sleep quality, energy level, skin health, and all body systems and organs. We are constantly bombarded by toxins such as pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, smoke, heavy metals, prescription drugs just to name a few. You can choose from a variety of different mouthwatering plant-based, easy to make recipes, and you can rotate them to your heart’s desire. There are more than enough recipes in my 7-day meal plan to last you over 21 days. These meal plans are an inspiration and guide for you of what you can eat on a daily basis,

Daily Supportive Emails: in these emails I am introducing to you new dietary habits and the latest nutritional breakthroughs.I like to share what I have learned so far.  I provide support, guidance  and knowledge that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Supplementation: you will get a detailed plan of the best good quality cleansing supplements (organic, non-GMO, food-based supplements) along with brand recommendations so you can achieve the best results possible. Although, I am a big proponent of vitamins and minerals from whole foods, but supplements can bridge the gap between our diet and phytonutrient needs. The supplementation guide is optional and supplementing during the detox is your choice. Consult your healthcare practitioner before you start any new supplement regime. 

Gratitude and Journaling: journalling is always a part of my detox program as I focus on nurturing and nourishing the entire being: body, mind and spirit. I believe that we cannot separate our physical health from our emotional, mental and spiritual states of being, all levels are interconnected. Journaling helps you focus on a good in your life you become more mindful. It can increase happiness, optimism and wellbeing. Charts for journaling are provided.

Energy Shifting Session: Energy plays a major part in detoxification and healing. Everything – thoughts, words, actions, physicality – is energy. Energy vibrates at different frequencies. When our frequencies are ‘out of tune’ or ‘off’, we resonate with limitation – which could be in health, relationships, prosperity, or anything. I work personally with Karen Brunger, a personal growth coach. Karen has a huge impact on me and my clients. She incorporates energy shifting to move through limitations and resonate with all that you desire in health, relationships, emotions, career, prosperity, and opportunities.
