Here it is, another “salad” or dip Avocado Guacamole that you can eat every single day. This is an avocado-based dip; smooth or chunky and incredibly delicious

Who doesn’t like avocado? I eat avocado every day! Did you know that avocado is a sweet fruit rich in vitamin E, beta carotene, B complex, folic acid, magnesium, iron, potassium and fiber. Furthermore, avocado contains monounsaturated fat, which helps maintain levels of good cholesterol in the body. It also nourishes the blood, nervous system and prevents constipation. In addition, avocado is very nourishing for the skin especially for dry skin. And, last but least, It is beneficial for collagen production.

Tomatoes – the summer greatest pleasures. In addition, they are a source of vitamin C, E, Beta carotene, calcium, magnesium and lycopene. I use them in fresh salads, raw pizzas or in refreshing smoothies.

Onions 

I do not talk about onions enough. Did you know that onions contain two powerful antioxidants, sulfur and quercetin. Sulfur is a beautifier; it cleanses the liver and skin, and helps build the connective tissue in the body. Quercetin has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, and helps neutralize free radicals in the body. It also reduces the risk of certain cancers.

Onions go very well with avocados, nuts and seeds. I use them extensively in my homemade nut and seed patés.

Avocado Guacamole

1 avocado, peeled and pitted

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 tomatoes, chopped

½ lemon, freshly squeezed

½ tsp ground cumin

½ red onion, sliced thinly

1. Chop avocado into small chunks. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Mash avocado slightly but not too much.
