Chilled Nettle Avocado Soup – Nettles have the highest levels of silicon, the beauty mineral and avocado blends instantly into a creamy delight.

1 cup stinging nettle, young leaves

1/2 cup avocado, pitted

1 to 2 garlic cloves

Himalayan salt to taste

1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed

1 cup water

1. Mix all the ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.
