Hiya Sweet Friends!

Healing orange food colour – Food carries a vibration, and the colour of the food corresponds to an energy center or chakra in the body.  A chakra is a link between energy and the physical body.

The orange colour chakra is located in the pelvic (sacrum) area between the pubis and navel.  Associated organs are the sacrum, lower part of the intestines, bladder, and kidneys.

Healing Orange Food Colour

Feed your sacral chakra with orange food such as:  carrots, sweet potatoes, oranges, mangoes, papayas, apricots and peaches.

Healing Orange food contains beta-carotene, which prevents bladder, rectal, stomach, and cervical cancer.  Carrots nourish the kidneys and liver, and are one of the best detoxifiers. Sweet potatoes are a kidney tonic. Oranges prevent bladder, rectal, and stomach cancer and have a cleansing effect on the body. Mangoes, a delicious, healthy fruit, are used to treat kidney inflammation.

Orange is the colour of joy and wisdom, giving you physical energy and emotional strength.  Eating orange food stimulates the appetite and aids digestion.

Mango

Mangos are an exotic tropical fruit. Rich in pre-biotic dietary fibre, they strengthen the heart and provide energy and stamina. Mango has been found to protect against prostate, colon and breast cancers. It is an excellent source of beta carotene, alpha carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin. It contains vitamin A, C and E, potassium and magnesium.

Papaya

Papaya is a tropical fruit from Central America. It contains vitamin C, folic acid, potassium, calcium, vitamin A and the enzyme papain. Papaya is a great detoxifier; it cleanses the digestive tract and alleviates flatulence. It makes radiant skin, strong nails and shiny hair.

Papaya grows in clusters near the top of the tree. There are different varieties with different shapes, sizes, and colours such as yellow, orange and red.

Note: Choose at least half yellow papaya. Cut papaya in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Seeds are edible, very spicy, and look like black peppercorn seeds. I use them in salad dressings to add spice, or I save them for garnishing.
