Sulfur is a mineral that gives you glowing skin, thick lustrous hair, and good nails. Sulfur is a beautifying mineral found in oceans, rain water, and certain amino acids. It is needed for the synthesis of collagen. Collagen is the protein found in the connective tissue, bones, tooth enamel, hair and skin. Broccoli builds collagen, which provides elasticity, healing and repair of the body tissues.

How to Sprout Broccoli
♥ Soak 3 Tbsp seeds in cool water overnight.
♥ Drain the water
♥ Rinse thoroughly
♥ Rinse and drain 2 to 3 times per day
♥ On day 3 move the glass jar with seeds to indirect sunlight
♥ Continue to rinse and drain 2 to 3 times a day
♥ On day 5 or 6 most of the leaves should be open a green.
