Banana Kumquats Cream
Hiya Beautiful,
Banana Kumquats Cream – this is my luscious cream; delicious to eat and easy to make. Also, sweet, creamy and healthy dessert.
BANANA – sweet and creamy
Banana is favorite fruit of the sages. It is sweet and rich in potassium, vitamin C and pectin. In addition, it contains anti-inflammatory enzyme bromelain which increases the production of testosterone which provides energy and stamina. But that is not all, banana is also great for the skin. So, make your own healing anti–wrinkle facial mask and apply onto your face. More info. in my forthcoming book Sexy Fit & Fabulous.
KUMQUATS – sweet and tangy
Kumquats are sweet, tart, and tangy flavour, packed with antioxidants such as vitamin A, C and E and essential oils. Further, it contains vitamin B complex and it is a good source of minerals such as calcium, copper, potassium, manganese, iron, selenium, and zinc.
DATES – sweet and moist
Dates are sweet and moist, and are rich in carbohydrates, iron, magnesium, potassium and fiber. I love dates; Medjol dates are my favourite. I use them as a sweetener in my raw desserts, such as cakes, creams, sauces, cookies and pies. Keep dates in the refrigerator, as they can ferment at room temperature.
