Whole Image Nutrition is the sole owner of the information collected on www.wholeimagenutrition.com. Whole Image Nutrition collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

You can access our site and browse the information contained within it without providing personal information.

Whole Image Nutrition collects information through the use of on-line forms, which are provided in order for you to be able to request information, products or services from us. Requests for information, products and services can also be made to Whole Image Nutrition through email, and telephone.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use session ID cookies on some sub-systems of our site. Once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates.

Third Party Advertising

All ads appearing on this Web site are controlled by Whole Image Nutrition. Information about users’ visit to this site, such as number of times they have viewed an ad (but not user name, address, or other personal information), is used to serve ads to users on this site. The information associated with a third party and may be shared with that advertiser in the aggregate, in order to track the number of times an ad has been viewed or clicked on. No personally identifiable information is shared with third party advertisers.

Log Files

Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. These capture information about our users including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Special Offers and Updates
Users that request information or download a speech will be asked for contact information such as name, company and email address. Users may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Choice/Opt-out

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to an email message with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line or emailing us at simone@wholeimagenutrition.com. We also offer an opt-out mechanism on our subscription page, or the user may contact us by telephone at opt-out.

Correcting, Updating, Deleting, Deactivating of Personal Information        If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally identifiable information. This can usually be done at the subscription page or by emailing our Customer Support at simone@wholeimagenutrition.com

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
