Hiya Gorgeous!

Hush your hunger with this sweet and satisfying smoothie; great source of protein, vitamin E, vitamin C and pectin. This refreshing Creamy Coco Piña Smoothie is one of my favourite

smoothies, made of fresh coconut meat, coconut water, and fresh pineapple chunks.

Note: Replace condensed milk with coconut cream, and use a lot of ice.

Pineapple

Pineapple is rich in beta carotene, B complex, vitamin C, magnesium, potassium, manganese, carbohydrate and fibre. Pineapple contains bromelain, a protein digesting enzyme, and it has antiviral and antibacterial properties.

Banana

Banana is favorite fruit of the sages. Banana is sweet and rich in potassium, vitamin C and pectin. It is essential to sex hormone production and provides energy and stamina. Banana is very easy to digest when ripe.

Coconut

Coconut is good source of protein, B complex, beta carotene and minerals, especially iodine which is important for thyroid function. Young coconut water is also a great source of electrolytes, and is a good dehydration drink very similar in composition to human blood plasma.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon can be beneficial to the skin because it brings blood and nutrients to the skin surface. It can be used to nourish the scalp as it brings blood and oxygen to the scalp to nourish the hair follicles. In addition, cinnamon is a great digestive tonic for it relieves flatulence, nausea and diarhea. Besides, it has a regulatory effect on blood sugar, is good for circulation, and can improve energy and vitality.
