Energy Boosters – Snacks are very important energy booster, a part of a balanced diet, therefore eating something nutritious every few hours keeps your glucose levels healthy, maintains mental and emotional stability, boosts your energy, and it provides nutrients that your body needs.

Green Foods – Energy boosters

concentrates are nourishing and also easy to prepare. Mix them with unsweetened fruit juice or pure water until dissolved. Drink greens on an empty stomach or 15 – 20 minutes before a meal. Start with a 1 teaspoon in the morning as this is a great drink whether it is at work, school or on the road.

can be very easy to prepare in a blender. Especially, mixing fruits, leafy greens, avocados, coconuts, nuts and seeds is delicious way to go.
